Our Loyalty Program is a tiered benefits program that provides members with perks based on their membership level.
Joining our Loyalty Program
To join our Loyalty Program, you simply need to create a customer account on our website. Please click here to sign up for free.
Membership Levels
There are 4 membership levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. New members start at the Bronze level.
Membership Level Assignment
Membership levels are automatically updated on the first day of each quarter (1 January, 1 April, 1 July, and 1 October). Your membership level may increase, drop, or stay the same based on your total purchases of the last 6 months.

Only completed orders placed on www.goldengoblingames.com will be calculated for the membership level.
An order is "complete" when all products in it have been shipped to you. You can check the status of your orders here.
Member Benefits
1. Members of our Loyalty Program earn coins cashback based on their level.
2. Silver members and above receive free access to our Play Space. Guests and Bronze members must pay 100 THB per person per day.

Earning Coins
Members will get coins cashback for every completed order placed on www.goldengoblingames.com. You must be logged in when placing your order.
An order is "complete" when all products in it have been shipped to you. You can check the status of your orders here.
Coins will expire 90 days after being credited to your customer account.
Using Coins
Coins can be used in store or on our website to pay up to 25% of your purchase value.
1 coin is worth 1 baht.
Coins cannot be transfered between members or exchanged for cash.
Coins Balance
You can check the transaction history of your coins in My Account page or see the balance on the checkout page.
You can sign up to receive email notifications each time your balance changes (when you earn, redeem or lose Coins) or when your coins are about to expire.
DISCLAIMER
Any customers found attempting to fraud or abuse the Loyalty Program will find their accounts deleted and orders canceled. Golden Goblin Games reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time.
