Payment
Golden Goblin Games offers the following payment methods:
1. Bank Transfer
If you select this payment method, you will receive an email containing the bank account number of Golden Goblin Games within 60 minutes after completing your order. We ask you to pay the full amount.
The sooner you pay, the sooner we will ship your game. If you fail to pay within 24 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Once you have transfered the money, we will automatically receive an SMS alert from our bank. We will then send you a 2nd email with the Invoice to confirm the amount has been received. Please keep a proof of payment in case we need to do some verifications.
2. Internet Banking (Direct Debit)
This option will be convenient for people who already have an online banking account with SCB, Krung Thai, Krungsri, and Bangkok Bank. You can login to your bank account from our checkout page and pay for your products without opening another browser.
3. PayPal
Our website is fully integrated with PayPal. If you have money in your PayPal account or your credit cards detail in PayPal, you can select this payment method during check-out. You will be redirected to PayPal and asked to log into their website to confirm the payment.
4. Cash on Delivery
If you live in Chiang Mai and you either want to pick up the game at our store or get free delivery, you can pay us cash. It's easy and there's no extra fees.
5. Credit/Debit Card
We accept worldwide Visa, Master Card and JCB credit cards.
We also support debit cards if they are activated to be used online. The following Debit cards from Thailand are accepted: Bangkok Bank, Kasikorn Bank, KTB, and SCB.
All card information is secured as our payment gateway is a PCI-DSS v3.2 Certified company.
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a proprietary information security standard for organizations that handle branded credit cards from the major card brands including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. Private label cards – those without a logo from a major card brand – are not included in the scope of the PCI DSS.
