Cancellation and Refund
Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled upon request. Simply contact us by email, phone, or chat. If the order was paid, it will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
Orders that have already been shipped are subject to our Return Policy.
Products that have not been unwrapped, opened, or used can be returned up to 7 days from day of delivery. Shipping the product back to our store is the customer's responsibility.
By unwrapping or opening a product, you accept it in its current condition including any damage or missing components.
Paid orders that have been cancelled or returned in accordance with the above policies will be refunded.
Orders paid by credit card will be refunded through credit card. Cardholders should receive the amount before their next billing cycle. In rare cases, it could take up to 30 days.
Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded through PayPal.
Orders paid by other methods will be refunded by bank transfer. Customer's bank details will be required.
