Gift voucher expiry
Gift vouchers expire 365 days after their purchase date.
Gift voucher usage
You can use some or all of your gift voucher when placing an order in store or on our website.
Example: if you have a 1,000 THB gift voucher and you buy a 2,000 THB game, you could decide to use 800 THB from the voucher and pay the remaining 1,200 THB by bank transfer.
The balance of your store credit is visible: on the shopping cart, on the checkout page, in My Account. You must be logged in.
Gift vouchers cannot be refunded.
Gift vouchers and coins
You can use coins to buy gift vouchers (up to 25% of the voucher's value).
You do not earn coins for buying gift vouchers.
When buying a product, you do not earn coins for the amount paid with a gift voucher.
