The Soulblight Gravelords return in force this week with a new battletome, updated rules for narrative and competitive play, and an array of multipart kits and powerful heroes. From elite cavalry to eerie magical manifestations, this release covers everything a Death general needs to command the Barrow Kingdoms. Also featured this week are new additions for Warhammer Underworlds and the latest issue of White Dwarf.
New Warhammer Age of Sigmar Releases
The new Battletome: Soulblight Gravelords breathes life—or rather undeath—into the faction. It explores the grim legacy of the Barrow Kingdoms and introduces updated rules for Path to Glory campaigns, Spearhead mode, and two thematic Regiments of Renown. Leading this wave is Prince Vhordrai, Lord of the Crimson Keep, a fearsome mounted Blood Knight who can also be assembled as a feral Revenant Draconith. Elite undead units return with Barrow Guard and Barrow Knights, bringing skeletal champions, musicians, and banner bearers to the battlefield. The Wight King on Skeletal Steed and Vampire Lord on Nightmare Steed expand your hero options with flexible weapon and head variants. The Blades of the Hollow King, a Regiment of Renown containing Cado Ezechiar, Sissendra, and Aurelias, add a tragic and powerful narrative trio to the Death faction. Supporting these is a re-release of the Deathrattle Skeletons unit, now with enhanced basing pieces. Players can also summon terrifying magical constructs with the Soulblight Gravelords: Manifestations set, featuring three new faction-specific miniatures. The Cursed Sepulchre terrain kit adds a gothic flourish to any battlefield and will receive future rules for Nighthaunt. For those looking to dive in quickly, the Spearhead: Bloodcrave Hunt box set includes Blood Knights, Vargheists, a Vampire Lord, and twenty Skeleton Warriors.
