Our New Webstore!

www.goldengoblingames.com has been on the web since 2015 and has been growing ever since. To keep growing and offer new features to our customers, we have been migrating to a new eCommerce platform on January 1st 2025. The following page tries to answer the most common questions you might have.

What are the new features?

  • native Live Chat directly on the website
  • clear visibility on what is available and what is out of stock
  • filters in search results for deals and available products
  • better search box

More features will be added later this year once everything is running smoothly.

What happened to my customer data?

If your customer account was created before 2024 and you never made a purchase on our previous website, your customer data has been deleted.

If you purchased on our website or in store before or if your account was created in 2024, your main customer data has been transferred to our new website. Data includes name, email, username, phone number, and default shipping address. 

We encourage all customers to double check their contact details as soon as possible.

I cannot log in!

Don't panic. Contact us by chat and give us your username and email. We will help you re-activate your account.

Passwords are encrypted and cannot be transferred between websites. We will help you reset your password.

What happened to my coins (old loyalty program)?

The new website doesn’t support complex loyalty programs like the one we had before. Click here to read about our new loyalty program.

Coins earned before January 1st 2025 have been converted to Gift Cards of the same value. Expiry date has been set to March 31st 2025.

If you are signed in, you will see your Gift Card on the checkout form.

What happened to my store credits and gift vouchers?

Store credits have been transferred to our new eWallet feature.

Gift Vouchers have been converted to Gift Cards and have kept the same expiration date.

What happened to my orders?

Orders that were completed (all paid and shipped) have not be transferred to the new website.

Orders that were pending (not paid or not delivered) have been created again in the new website. The order number is different.
